classical triad of wernickes disease
GOA-
G- global confusion
O- ophthalmoplegia
A- ataxia
when u go to goa u bypass Bombay so vitamin b1 deficiency and in Goa every body have alcohol(chronic alcoholism)..so avoid Goa(do not infuse GLUCOSE , it can precipitate deficiency)
