Calcium gluconate
Calcitonin
CVP line
Rehydration by IV fluids, plasma
Ranitidine IV 50 mg 8th hourly
Respiratory support
Resuscitation when required
Endotracheal intubation
Electrolyte managment
Antacids
Swan - Ganz catheter for CVP and TPN
Somatostatin and its analogue (Octreotide)
