    * Testicular atrophy, erectile dysfunction
    * Reflexes depressed or absent, Reduced life span
    * Obviously enlarged breast and baldness
    * Ptosis, Pulmonary infections, Pseudodrop attack due to quadriceps weakness
    * Hatchet face ,Heart diseases
    * Intrinsic muscles of hand wasting, IQ low
    * Autosomal dominant inheritance
    * Myotonia
