A SICK AIRWAY:

• Airway lesion (chronic obstruction)
• Sequestration
• Infection, Inflammation
• Cystic fibrosis
• Kartagner's syndrome
• Allergic brochopulmonary aspergilliosis
• Immunodeficiencies (hypogammaglobinaemia, myeloma, lymphoma)
• Reflux inhalation injury
• William Campbell syndrome (and other congenital ones)
• Aspiration
• Yellow nail syndrome/ Young's syndrome
